Bay Lodging Resort, Put-in-Bay

I had an overall great experience at the resort, with two pools and a fantastic tiki bar that made it convenient for all my needs. The staff was always available and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. However, the price felt a bit steep for what we received, especially considering some cleanliness issues in our room. Nevertheless, it remains a solid choice for future visits with its close access to downtown and fun amenities.

I had a fantastic midweek getaway at Bay Lodge! Check-in was seamless, and the staff, especially Adjoa, was very helpful throughout our stay. While I'm excited to return, I did hear some mixed reviews from other guests about certain amenities.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was just okay. The location is quite nice, being close to town, but the breakfast selection was disappointing and the room had some issues. The pool and hot tub were decent, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Given the pricing differences based on booking methods, it's definitely worth considering going direct next time.

My experience at the hotel was quite frustrating. Initially, I was excited for a family getaway, but I ended up dealing with a booking nightmare that led to many hours on the phone without resolution. On top of that, when I arrived, I discovered that the room was flooded, and the management was unhelpful and dismissive. I can't recommend this place after what happened.
